The lodgement fee payable for a plan of subdivision is based on the number of parcels created by the plan and the number of owners corporation rules lodged with the plan. Owners corporation notification of making rules 27E(1)SA (formerly OC5) forms are lodged to register additional owners corporation rules that replace or supplement the model rules – model rules automatically apply to all owners corporations in Victoria.
A parcel is each lot, road, reserve and common property created in the plan. The calculator applies to plans lodged on or after 1 July 2020 and before 30 June 2021.
